lgv homepage

lgv is a portable lightweight geometry viewer and LUSCUS-like grid visualizer. The main purpose of lgv is to visualize XYZ coordinates and molecular orbitals, and to provide simple structure-editing tools.

A short history: the first version was called GV; later LUSCUS was developed, and finally lgv. LUSCUS can be downloaded from here, but the code is unlikely to be supported in the future.

lgv is not freeware and is not open-source software. Copyright © Valera Veryazov 2026.
