Registration and Payment information


  • The number of participants is limited.

    To be accepted as a student, please, prepare your CV and a letter of recommendation from your supervisor. Note, that the only purpose of the recomendation letter is to confirm that your supervisor is aware of the registration. Use this form to make the registration.
    If for some reason registration does not work, send an e-mail with CV and the letter to the following address: valera.veryazov@teokem.lu.se.

  • Registration fee is 380 EUR, should be paid before August 20th to secure your place at the workshop.
  • The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches and rent of the facilities.
  • The lodging should be arranged separtely for a special conference price. We will update the information about the hotel reservation and the prices asap. Note, that the venue of QCES-2025 is located near Cluj, but it is not a short walkable distance.
