IRIX MipsPro compiler flag -r12000

If you have an SGI machine with an R12000 processor
the flag -r12000 will be used for the architecture.
This can cause a problem when building Molcas 5.0 if
you have an older version of the Mipspro compilers,
version 7.2 and earlier. Upgrade the compiler or
change the configuration and use the flag -r1000.
