This is unfortunately an old bug in the default (TwoStep) algorithm used for the decomposition. In order for you to by-pass it, try to specify a different decomposition algorithm in SEWARD, as follows:

ChoInput
OneStep
EndChoInput

Please, submit also a bug report with all the necessary information for us to invistigate this more thoroughly (we may need later on access to the specific machine, as the bug sems to appear now and then only with specific memory/compiler/hardware settings).
